On a side note completely unrelated to anything: It's 2009. Which I have been using as an excuse to call people out on their bullshit. I have shared this strategy with several people at work and everyone seems to be enjoying it thus far. So if you see someone pulling some bullshit, acting shitty, being rude, or just doing something that gets under you skin you have to call them out on it. You have to step back and ask for clarification of the behavior. You will be surprised at their response I guaranty.
